Indian Ocean Experiences's Diary

Christmas Island & Cocos Island Holidays

We specialise in arranging unique tailor made package holidays to Christmas Island, the Cocos Keeling Islands and Timor-Leste.

The Indian Ocean islands of Christmas and Cocos Keeling islands are considered part of Western Australia and is a Territory of Australia. They are distinctively unique from each other, Christmas Island is an extinct volcano with over 80km coast line rising up to 361m above sea level while the Cocos Islands are made up of a combination of 27 smaller islands, forming a U shaped coral atoll. Apart from the general appearance of each, the constant 27-30C days offer holiday makers the tropical island holiday experience of a lifetime. With limited tourism and small populations, the islands offer secure and safe holidays with little influence from the outside world.

Just a quick bit of advice - if you create an experience and add it to a new trip, it'll appear in your page style ie. Island Explorer Holidays. In this one, you added an experience to one that someone else produced ... so it is in the Bird-O style. S.
